The villa is situated on the top of a hill overlooking the Kambos valley and beach. It is at 6 kilometers from the main port of Skala, at 11 kilometres north of Chora, at 1.500 metres from the village of Kambos and at 800 meters downhill from the beach of Kambos. The long beach of Kambos is the busiest resort of Patmos. It is a beautiful beach, with clean, shallow waters and plenty of tree shade. There are also umbrellas and sun beds, water sports and beach restaurants.

Έχει θέα προς το Ικάριο πέλαγος με υπέροχα ηλιοβασιλέματα, αλλά και προς το λιμάνι της Σκάλας. Διαθέτει ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει από 3-6 άτομα. Περιλαμβάνει χώρο υποδοχής με καναπέ που γίνεται διπλό κρεββάτι, ενιαίο καθιστικό με πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, 2 υπνοδωμάτια και μπάνιο. Έχει A/C, WiFi, συνδρομητική TV και πλυντήριο ρούχων.

Comfortable, with a spacious couch, and a large cuisine. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 2 seperate bathrooms. The villa commands one of the most stunning views on Patmos island. From the front terraces bordering the house looks out across the port of Groikos, to the Greek mainland and the coast line.

Our house offers an amazing view to the sea and the traditional Chora. The villa has 2 floors, 2 master bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one private parking space. Living room with 3 traditional sofas and antique furniture as well as a dining table. Outdoor space includes one table for 6 and a large dining table for 10.

The apartments is a beatiful 25+6 m2. It's a typical stone house located in the bay of Grikos on the island of Patmos. The apartment is composed of a double bed, made according to the greek style, and a single bed on the upper floor. The bathroom is still a stone bathroom with a shower and all what you need. You also have a small fridge and a boiler to make tea or coffee or to keep your drinks called. Breakfast is not included.
