The Studio is situated on the top of a hill overlooking the Kambos valley and beach. It is at 6 kilometers from the main port of Skala, at 11 kilometres north of Chora, at 1.500 metres from the village of Kambos and at 800 meters downhill from the beach of Kambos. The long beach of Kambos is the busiest resort of Patmos. It is a beautiful beach, with clean, shallow waters and plenty of tree shade. There are also umbrellas and sun beds, water sports and beach restaurants.

Ένα ολοκαίνουργιο σπίτι (κατασκευή 2017-2018) με όλες τις ανέσεις μιας σύγχρονης πολυτελούς κατοικίας, αλλά με αρχιτεκτονική που βασίζεται στην παράδοση της Πάτμου. Το σπίτι διαθέτει υπερσύχρονη κουζίνα και μπάνιο. Το σπίτι για ενοικίαση στην Πάτμο διαθέτει ένα μεγάλο διπλό κρεβάτι με παραδοσιακό ουρανό και τραπεζαρία με καθιστικό. Η τοποθεσία του σπιτιού το κάνει ιδανικό για ζευγάρια που αναζητούν ησυχία και απομόνωση, ενώ βρίσκεται σε μικρή απόσταση από το κέντρο της Πάτμου την Σκάλα (2χλμ).

En Patmo holiday apartment is conveniently located just a few steps away from the central square and the harbor of Skala. True to the Patmian architecture and style, with whitewashed walls, exposed stones and large windows, it offers one bedroom, one bathroom, a living room with high ceiling and old wooden floor and a fully equipped kitchen. The comfortable interior spills out onto a shaded courtyard, a perfect retreat after a day in the sun. Two or three persons can be accommodated.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον όροφο διώροφου κτίσματος τεσσάρων διαμερισμάτων συνολικά με κοινόχρηστο κήπο και βεράντα.Στον όροφο υπάρχει ακόμα ένα διαμέρισμα και άλλα δύο στο ισόγειο.Στην βεράντα υπάρχουν δύο σετ τραπεζαρίας εξωτερικού χώρου ,το ένα εκ των οποίων ανήκει στο διαμέρισμα. Ήσυχη γειτονιά ,δέκα λεπτά περίπου από το κέντρο της Σκάλας και 5 λεπτά από την κοντινότερη παραλία.Πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχει δημόσιο παρκινγκ, φούρνος και super market.Επίσης καφέ και εστιατόρια.

En Patmo holiday home is centrally located a few steps away from the central square and the harbor of Skala. The 100 year old property consists of 2 floors. Each floor offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living room and dining area with fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor areas include a shady courtyard with stone built benches and seating area (downstairs) or a veranda with views of Chora and the monastery (upstairs). (Upstairs and downstairs subject to availability).

Το παλιό ξυλουργείο και το σιδηρουργείο του Παππού Γιάννη, ενώθηκαν με σεβασμό και έγιναν ένα παραδοσιακό νησιωτικό σπίτι, κρατώντας όσα περισσότερα στοιχεία από το παρελθόν του οικήματος. Βρισκεται 7 περίπου λεπτά από το κέντρο της Σκάλας και από την κοντινότερη παραλία. Κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχει αρτοποιείο μανάβικο και σούπερ μάρκετ. Η παραλία Μελόι είναι στα 2 λεπτά μακριά με το Αυτοκίνητο και το Αγριολιβαδι στα 6.

Sunset Apartment

This is a compact room with a lovely sofa bed to host 2 persons ideally one couple. The place is very quiet with fantastic sea view especially at the sun set, suitable for people who wish to relax and enjoy their vacations. The walking distance from the beach is 150 m and from Skala 500 m, only a few minutes from shops and restaurants. The apartment has an external private balcony.

Eirinaki House

This cozy house is placed in the heart of the central square just a few steps away from the port. It is built according to the traditional patmian style. Spacious and full of light. It provides you with two balconies, a bedroom, a bathroom, a really big livingroom and a fully equipped kichen. The house is ideal for couples, families with kids or small groups of friends.

το στουντιο Εvi βρισκονται σε μια ησυχη περιοχη που λέγεται Μελoι 1.5 χιλιομετρα απο το κέντρο διαθέτη πάρκινγκ μια μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα την παραλία και το πέλαγος. Είναι κανονικά εξοπλισμένο με ενα διπλο κρεβάτι κουζίνα μπανιο. Η παραλία απέχει περίπου 150 μέτρα σε ακτίνα. πολυ κοντα στην παραλια Ασπρη, Αγρολιβάδι, Καμπος κ.α.
