Leah, Is very helpful and responsive. She guided us which made the check in process easy. She was even very accommodating allowing us to check in early. I really appreciated this gesture since the booking was for my parents which are both seniors. She even extended our stay for 2 days after we realized that we had to stay longer.

One of the best staycation na na try namin. Got some complimentary snacks din. Sarili mo nalang dadalin mo and ung clothes. Meron na rin mga basic condiments, Drinking water and may snacks din sa loob na you can purchase. Plus super accomodating and responsive ng owner. No hassle uponh checking in. Will definitely go back 🩷

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. The place is very nice. There are guards who will help you in finding your parking slot. But if you can find your way on your own, it is okay too.probably because the guides were all still busy so we tried to find our slot on our own. The hosts were very friendly and helpful & gave clear instructions. They got us the extra parking slots we needed. The unit was clean and very homey. Only the 2 rooms have air conditioners but the living room gets cool enough if you open the rooms. An electric fan is provided in the living/dining room. Consider an extension cord if you want to get more of the cool air from the rooms going to the living/dining room. Kitchen is complete with the basic things you will need. Refrigerator is just the right size. There is a nice balcony as well to see the city. Overall it is a very homey and relaxing place if you want to chill. Can also enjoy with a small group of friends. Consider bringing your own shampoos and body/wash soap :-)

Wil’s place is very clean and comfortable. My team did not have any problems during the stay (except for the blankets - they leave some loose threads in clothes and in bed) and we really loved the view. It is very clean.

We enjoyed our stay here and will surely book it again. The room is so good that gives hotel feels-smells fresh and clean, provided with everything except foods and water to drink 😀 Media entertainment was time consuming like time pass easily and wake up-oh! its to check out. Meaning...we get so comfortable with the place. Thank you Ms Katherine and also to Ms. Barbie, who's already their at the lobby waiting for us for the smooth check in and also gives a short briefing about the unit. That's it! Until next time

Both Leeyan and Angela are responsibe hosts and easy to deal with. Instructions were clear. The place is what we really need, very minimalist but have everything we need. There's honest store that has basic necessities that mostly forgotten when doing groceries ☺️. Kudos to you all!

Overall, I have very good experience from the time I booked the place. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Stress free transaction, I didn't have any problems at all from check-in process and until the check out. The location of the unit is accessible for everything and so peacefull. The unit is clean and very homey vibe, and got to enjoy the amenities of the place. Recommended if you are looking for nice place yet very affordable.

You can walk to MOA from the condo. It is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Very small, but clean and quite. The bottom level has lots of shops and restaurants. The pictures show a bed and couch, which is true. It would be very cramped for 4 people. Very nicely finished with wood paneling I felt like I was in a fancy high end room. It's clean and in a good location, if you want a place to sleep after explore manila. highly recommend 👌.
