The living room is equipped with Smart TV 55" with all streaming plattforms and a selection of Italian, English and french books. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils to hopefully meet your every need. The bedrooms with the characteristic vaulted roofs are equipped with double windows to eliminate any external noise, memory foam beds and charging stations for electronic devices. The winter garden is the gem of the house, a wonderful green oasis where you can relax. Near all the most important services such as pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, trattorias, bars and pubs in the historic center, our apartment is an ideal solution to enjoy a peaceful corner while being in the center of Catania nightlife. ROOMS The sleeping area has been designed to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible. Each room is equipped with modern fixtures, a very comfortable memory foam double bed and a queen-size sofa bed. In addition, each guest will have a workstation for recharging their electronic devices. LIVING ROOM In our spacious and welcoming living area, you can relax reading one of the many books made available for our guests or watch movies and TV series in the 55 "Smart TV, equipped with terrestrial channels and digital" Fire TV "support that will allow you to access to popular streaming platforms like Prime Video, Netflix, Infinity and DAZN. Casa Palmieri Barocco 1

The apartment is located in the heart of the historic centre of Caltagirone and only a couple of minutes walk from Staircase of Santa Maria del Monte and other famous landmarks. Built in 1700 as a noble palazzo, the house still preserves original frescoes and floor tiles. The apartment offers all amenities and will comfortably sleep four. The apartment consists of a main living room w/ mezzanine, a main bedroom with a double bed with barocco frescoes, a kitchen, a dining room and two balconies.

Situated in Ragalna, this brilliant holiday home features a 5000sqm garden with an outdoor pool of 15mx10m, 1,5m deep at the front and 3m deep on the back, working 24h, with a complete pool furniture: sun beds, beach umbrella & shower.
