Twins Family is one of homestay near shopping center in Malang city (malang town square), Unibraw campus, University of Muhammadiyah Malang, UIN, UNISMA, and culinary center in Malang city. Access is very easy to reach if you want to go to Batu city. If you want to go to Batu then it is 3 km from Pendem - Batu. And access is also easy if you want to traveling to Bromo, because the homestay is located in an easy location access to the Batu city, Malang, or direction to surabaya.

Rumah ini di area perumahan Villa Bukit Tidar..cocok untuk berlibur bersama keluarga dan teman teman. Dekat dengan Boarding School Tazkia, Arrohmah, al-Um. Juga dekat dengan kampus UIN, UB, ITN, UM,Universitas Gajayana. Tidak telalu jauh dari dengan tempat wisata jatim park 2,3, BNS, musium angkut, predator park. Hanya lima menit berada di deretan cafe cafe outdoor kekinian : Coklat klasik, Bukit Delight, dll. Dekat dengan mall besar di kota Malang seeprti TransMart, dan Matos

Permata village

My place is close to Soekarno-Hatta main road (many restaurants and dining places), Universitas Brawijaya (3 km) Arjosari Terminal (6 km), Abdurrahmansaleh (13 km). You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood (it's a cozy, private place, with a nice air). There is an alternative route for easier access to Batu (avoid heavy traffic before Landungsari Terminal). My place is awesome for families (with kids) and big groups.
