This newly renovated mobile home is centrally located in Beaufort, close to beaches and is less than 5 minutes drive to Parris Island, MCAS Air Station and beautiful Historic Downtown Beaufort. The home has recently been completely renovated inside with all new flooring, trim, paint, new appliances and tile bathrooms. Washer/dryer and outdoor grill on site. Fully renovated home built in 1910 with historic charm and a modern touch. Located in the historic district of Beaufort just ~8 blocks from downtown and a quick 12min drive to Parris Island, this is the perfect home for graduation, vacation or work. Many of the pieces, artwork and pictures are from the owner's travels around the world. The yard is fenced in to offer privacy, the neighbor is an officer, free Hunting Island pass, beach gear and the internet is super fast. ALL are welcome! :)
