Un lugar de paz de 1 hectaria con arboles frutales, 5 minutos caminando al Parque Nacional Marino Ballena,(playa Uvita) ,cerca de restaurantes y de lugares de atracción turísticos como tour de avistamiento de ballenas,de pesca,manglares, de cabellos en la montaña, etc... y tambien! en la Calle Guayabal, una naciente que contiene aligatores, tortugas y otras especies donde podemos obdservarlos en su hábitat natural y una nueva piscina privada de 3 niveles,42 metros cuadrados por los huéspedes :)
