Ragoussis Beachfront House

Located in Livadia, in the island of Paros, at a wind protected cove in 20m walking distance from a sandy beach. The total living space is 105 m2, it can accommodate comfortably up to 4 guests and is ideal for large groups or families. Surrounded by terrace, at an elevated position which offers sea view, walking distance from the beach and the center of Paroikia. Following the Cycladic tradition, the house has been painted white. Inside however, has decorated in minimal design.

The accommodation is a comfortable double studio, located in the center of Alyki, on the second floor above Marina Café. It is situated directly on the seafront road, which turns into a pedestrian street in the evening, creating a pleasant and lively atmosphere. You are in the middle of the vivid night life but in a quiet picturesque alley! Our Central Loft has WiFi, A/C, washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with 2 electric plates for cookin. It can accommodate 3 guests in one double bed in the "attic" and one single bed in the living area. Enjoy Paros day and night life from inside!!
