Real wood fire (and help to light it, if needed) Comfy couch waiting for you to put your feet up! Breakfast provided. Basic cooking facilities. Great local restaurants. No late night check ins.

Cosy coastal eco-cabin with stunning ocean views

This snug, grass-roofed eco-cabin offers panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy a warm Irish welcome, mountain walks on the Beara Way or snorkelling through nearby reefs. Sample local cheeses, lamb, fish and seafood or stoke up the wood-burning stove, have a glass of wine and and savour the peace and tranquillity! Word of warning: we are VERY remote, (1km off the road down a rough track). With almost no public transport, own transport (eg car) is highly recommended - see Getting Around!

Marthas Studio, Sneem, Co. Kerry

Set in a stunning peaceful location, Marthas Studio is a self-contained mezzanine accommodation. 15 minutes walk to Sneem with all of its amenities. The mezzanine level offers a super king bed, which can be adapted to 2 large twin beds; plus a small single bed. Open plan downstairs with well equipped kitchen, diner & sitting room , fridge, cooker, microwave, TV. Shower room & toilet are downstairs, together with cupboard space for clothing. Dedicated parking space at studio. NON SMOKING THANKS.

Alpaca Lodge with stunning views and alpacas

The Alpaca Lodge is a free standing stone building next to our farmhouse in a rural location (16km from Kenmare), surrounded by our herd of friendly free-roaming alpacas and llamas, with stunning views of Kenmare Bay. AGE 12+ It has a cozy bedroom with a king-size bed, a small seating area and en-suite bathroom. Cereal, milk, porridge, orange juice, snack bars and biscuits are provided in the room, and there is a kettle, microwave, toaster and a small fridge, tea & coffee, cutlery & plates .

Tranquil Cottage on the ring of Kerry and the Wild Atlantic Way, with spectacular views. the Cottage has been recently refurbished. There is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen,with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer,electric cooker with oven. Adjacent to the kitchen is a sunroom/dining room looking out to the mountain views all around. the bathroom is newly refurbished with a spacious shower, a toilet and wash hand basin. there are 2 bedrooms. one doube, one twin. Ger's Lake View Studio Apartment On The Hill No 1

My space is ideal for couples and the solo traveler alike. My Studio apartment is attached to my home (a traditional Irish farmhouse) . We are surrounded by the most spectacular mountains on 3 sides and to the front it opens up to the beautiful Derriana lake. When you look out the front window of my studio you will be greeted by the lake and see Waterville in the distance. I am situated about 20 minutes from the village of Waterville and about 20 minutes from the town of Cahersiveen.

The Boatmakers Cabin

Delightful cosy cabin set at the base of Pine trees in the rear garden of our bed and breakfast property. 4 mins drive (15 mins walk) from Dzorgen Beara Buddhist and Meditation Centre and a 5 minute walk / clamber to the cliffs. Castletownbere Fishing town with pubs and restaurants is 8 mins drive one way and Allihies village with beach and pub grub 14 mins the other way. Fantastic area for walking and cycling. The cabin is self catering and a selection of evening meals are available.

Mountain Ash Cottage

The stone cottage which is over 250 years old has been recently renovated and retains its traditional style: stone and white-washed walls, inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove. There are also modern conveniences: heating, Wifi, TV with Netflix and fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs there is an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with a vaulted ceiling and the bathroom. Upstairs is a cosy double bedroom. Outside guests have their own patio and garden area with seating

Caretakers Cottage at Glashnacree House & Gardens

Shepherds Hut overlooking Kilmackilogue Harbour

We are situated on the Beara Peninsula, just up the road from Helen's Bar in Kilmackilogue. Our Shepherds Hut called The Bothy, overlooks the sea, and is three minutes walk to the beach. Enjoy nature at its best with views of Kenmare Bay and its surrounding mountains. It is a hikers paradise, lying just off 'The Beara Way' . Cyclists will also be in their element with The Healy Pass a few kilometres away. Kenmare is half an hour away with wonderful shops and restaurants.
