Each room and Living room has air conditioner. 2 minute walk to small shopping center. The shopping center has grocery, Cafe, restaurants, etc. 2 mins walk to bus stop. Allows you go to city or other places easily. Electric stove with basic tool(including pan, bowl, spoon, fork, etc). You also can go to nearby shopping center to buy food or for eating.
