My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, & business travelers. There is a fee for a second guest, please choose the correct amount of guests when making your booking. This Loft-style apartment is fully equipped for short or long-term stays, with a queen-size extra-length bed & full bathroom. Secure off-street parking, as well as a private garden. We are close to the Gautrain bus route, 2.5km from Hyde Park Shopping Centre, Rosebank Shopping Centre & the Gautrain, & 6km from Sandton CBD.

It is 3km from the Rosebank Gautrain Station which links to Sandton.

Our studio is close to Rosebank, less than a five minute walk from Craighall Park shops and restaurants and a short drive to the hub of Parkhurst. Centrally located within a pretty courtyard, it is quiet and whilst attached to the main house, has its own entrance and secure parking. Guests have a private outside space with a table and chairs overlooking the flowers where they can relax and enjoy some fresh air. The studio is not suitable for children, babies or those with limited mobility.

"Under Syringa"; a beautiful space in which to stay while visiting and exploring Parktown North, Rosebank and surrounding suburbs. The cottage is separate and private from our home, has off-street parking, and own secure entrance. There is a very spacious bedroom with a queen size bed, en-suite with shower, and desk/work area. There is a seperate living area with a full kitchen, dining and lounge space. The bedroom and lounge areas open to a private courtyard under a glorious Syringa tree.
