Prepare to be inspired and spellbound as we go on an epic 90 minute journey through my magical world. Join me in the Secrets of Magic Zoom Classroom where you will take part in a mind-blowing magic show with everyday objects such as cards, coins & the gold-dust of our times - a roll of toilet paper! I'll share with you heartfelt & inspiring stories of truly magical moments that have happened while entertaining children in hospital, which helped me discover what the true secret of magic really is. The show section dramatically ends with an attempt to break one of my Guinness World Records live for you on camera! (Goes without saying it won't be the skydive record I'm afraid) Then it's your turn to give it a go! I'll share with you some of the tricks you've just witnessed me perform. But this experience won't just be about learning tricks, we'll also explore the psychology that turns a trick into a piece of magic. For families, the recommended age of this experience is 5+ however private bookings get a custom service, allowing me to adapt to your child's age range/needs. This experience is great for team-building and if you book as a private group, I can provide a surprise, bespoke piece of magic in the show. Two English classics come together in this workshop and teatime with London’s leading taxidermist, Suzette Field. You’ll learn the art and science of preparing, preserving, and mounting—all the basics of taxidermy. Then, you’ll try it yourself (don’t worry, all the subjects have been ethically sourced—reptile food, pest control or roadkill). Choose to leave your handiwork au naturel or dress it up to create a souvenir worthy of a prime spot on your mantlepiece. Students will have a choice between mouse, rat, guinea pig or mole. COVID-19 UPDATE - Classes are now running and are Covid-19 secure. They are now limited to 2 individuals or 2 groups of people from shared households in order to remain Covid-19 secure. Lunch will also no longer be included until we feel it is safe to do so. Other things to note If you live outside the UK, you'll still be able to take your taxidermy creation home with you. We'll provide you with a certificate to show to customs, or mail your souvenir to your home address.

We will be learning credential techniques for Portraiture sculpture. This will be broken down into simple processes for the beginner or intermediate sculptors. We will be learning the process of Ecorché (sculpting each individual muscle onto the skeleton), and learning them along the way, bring your sketchbooks :D After we know the anatomic makeup of the bust, its time to create one for ourselves. You will surprise yourself at how much accumulating the knowledge of our anatomic makeup can enhance your sculpting skills!! That's a promise :D Come home with an anatomic muscle model you can always have to refer back to and a portraiture bust, skin and all! Other things to note Perfect for beginners or intermediate folk, we will be going through all processes.

Learn the basics of screen printing on to fabric with paper stencils in this 2.5 hour workshop at my fully equipped print studio in Stoke Newington, Hackney. Enjoy a relaxing, creative time in this wonderful pattern-filled space at a converted Victorian Chocolate Factory and discover all the tips and tricks to pulling your very own print! I have been practicing screen printing for over 25 years and will be happy to share my knowledge so you can create a simple set up at home. You will have plenty of one to one support and time to explore your ideas as classes are small and currently limited to just 2 individuals if booked separately and up to 4 if booking as a private group. Please check the discounted prices for group bookings. I will guide you through the whole process and we'll each try a quick sample print onto fabric, to spark ideas and show you the ropes. You'll then have time to create paper stencils using scissors and/or scalpel, ready to print your own unique design onto a tote bag or tea towel. You are welcome to browse the many books and visual references around my studio to inspire and help you get started. There will be time to experiment and pick and choose colours from the studio collection. All inks are water-based. Price includes a choice of tote bag or tea towel for each participant. Unique, uplifting & fun, silent disco fitness in the forest, to Drum & Bass & Jungle Music, in ice-age remanent forest: Stunning Highgate Woods, in the heart of North London. Warm and welcoming small tailored group. This workout is for you, whatever your fitness level. As long as you can dance & brisk walk or run around 1KM. You will be given a receiver, into which you can plug your own (aux cable NOT bluetooth or i phone) headphones, or I will lend you some ear bud style headphones. I will then broadcast the class to you. Immerse yourself in the natural world in an exciting new ways. Session includes: A tiny bit of running, around 1 KM total. Drum & Bass style dance cardio routines (both of which you can take at your own pace). Fun strength work, the odd game, tone & stretch. Imagine a gym where instead of staring up at a low ceiling you can stretch staring at a kestrel flying overhead, or the swaying canopy. Welcome to Jungle Runners. The session is around 1hr. We don't wear mask as its an outdoor fitness class, it's not required. But we do follow 2m social distancing , a carefully conceived set of safety procedures, & equipment is sanitised between use. Other things to note: Bring a bottle of water. A front-fastening rucksack that you can run with helps. There are no lockers. Only sunbeams and ancient trees . There is however a toliet and cafe.
