Cuisine entièrement équipée (dont lave-vaisselle, machine à café, grille-pain, bouilloire, ..), salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, machine à laver et sèche linge. WC séparé. Ce studio très calme est pourvu de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour tout confort. Décoré avec attention avec des matériaux de choix. Cave pour vélo disponible.

Quartier branché et animé, vous trouverez des bars et restaurants au pied de l'immeuble. La vue imprenable sur la place et sur le centre de Bruxelles vous laisse appercevoir le clocher de l'hotel de ville.

Le logement est très bien situé, proche de restaurants, de deux parcs, de supermarchés et des transports en commun. Le metro est à 5 minutes de marche et pourra vous emmener rapidement au centre de Bruxelles.

High-end loft at Place du Luxembourg

We moved into our new home early 2019 after intensive renovations. As a result, the impressive living room is full of light, with a fully equipped brand new kitchen, no vis-a-vis and a beautiful view on a patio garden full of trees. The bedrooms are comfortable and cosy, the bathroom luxurious. There is a security camera at the entrance of the house and will be disconnected at your arrival.
