Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχουν σουπερ μάρκετ, λαική αγορά, η κεντρική πλατεία, ΤΑΧΙ, καφέ, φούρνος, τράπεζες, ανθοπωλεία, εμπορικά, ζαχαροπλαστεία, φαρμακεία και όλες οι υπηρεσείες. Η πρόσβαση γίνεται πολύ εύκολα με τα πόδια!!

It is located at the most beautiful and well-known point of Ioannina, next to the walls of the castle and a few steps from the pier where the boats departs to the island. All the monuments and museums of the city are within a 10-minute walk. There are cafes and restaurants in the area. A little further away are the lively pedestrian streets of the old market.

Το studio βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο σε ένα από τα πιο κεντρικά σημεία της πόλης. Απέχει 30 μ. απ' τον σταθμό των ταξί και το δημόσιο πάρκινγκ του κέντρου της Πάργας και 200 μ., χωρίς ανηφόρες, απ' το λιμάνι. Διαθέτει κλιματισμό, wifi και tv 40''. Επίσης, προσφέρεται δωρεάν ιδιωτική στάθμευση για δίκυκλα. Ο καναπές μετατρέπεται σε κρεβάτι για τρίτο άτομο (μήκος: 1,67 μ.).

Plataria is a peacefull and quiet place where one may enjoy the beach, the food and its natural beauty. Parga, Syvota, Perdika and Igoumenitsa are just a few minutes away by car. Parking space and barbecue are also available.

Our house is located near the town centre. The facilities are spacious with big rooms and fully equipped kitchen. The yard has a dining table and many many flowers. Also free parking. The establishement is suitable for couples, business travellers, families with children, big groups and pets.
