A beautiful villa of 75 square meters with huge garden full of trees, 30 meters away from the beach. Ideal for families with children, located in a safe environment with a lot of space and private parking. There are two bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, outdoors barbeque and free wifi connection in a green and relaxing scenery. It's only 10km away from the sea and that means a 10' drive through a lovely road surrounded by pine trees. The 720m2 of the property will gives you a sense of traquility and calmness to your family. If you have PETS ,it will be the ideal house for them because the whole estate is surrounded by a stonewall with fence.

Απολαύστε το γεύμα σας στη μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα το Αιγαίο, χαλαρώστε στον κήπο ή ψήστε στο BBQ. Οι παροχές περιλαμβάνουν Wi-Fi, κλιματισμό, πλυντήριο πιάτων και δωρεάν πάρκινγκ. Η οικία Τzaneti είναι ένας μοντέρνος χώρος που βρίσκεται στο Λιμένα Θάσου, είναι μόνο 300 μέτρα από την κοντινότερη παραλία, Αι Βασίλης και 1,5 χιλ από το κέντρο της πόλης. Διαθέτει έναν όμορφο κήπο, με τραπέζι και παγκακια!!! Το σπίτι βρίσκεται απέναντι από τον ιερό ναό της Αγίας Τριάδας και δίπλα υπάρχει μία παιδική χαρά. Ο περιβάλλων χώρος περιστοιχιζεται από δέντρα , σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά. Στα 50 μέτρα είναι το πλησιέστερο super market.

Bright and tastefully decorated interiors with one separate bedroom with double bed, open plan kitchen, bathroom with shower and a comfortable living space with modular sofa bed that becomes a proper double or two single beds. The apartment can accommodate 2 guests.

2 δωματια σε κεντρικο σημειο. Ιδανικο για 2 οικογένειες που θελουν να περασουν παρεα τις διακοπές ή για μια μεγαλη παρεα εως 8 ανθρωπων. Δημοσιο δωρεαν παρκινγκ ακριβως πισω απο το σπιτι. Πολυ κοντα υπαρχει φουρνος,καφε, mini market,καταστηματα. Η θαλασσα ειναι στα 250 μετρα με τα ποδια, πολυ ευκολη προσβαση με δρομο χωρις ανηφορες ή σκαλες. Το σπιτι ειναι ολοκαίνουριο, υπερσύγχρονο κατασκευης 2024.

Sunshine

Summer: Skin gets darker, Water gets warmer, Drinks get colder, Music gets louder, Nights get longer, Life gets better..... The visitors can use the beach-bar for breakfast/coffee/lunch/drinks/music, the treehouse, the parking area, the canoe kayak, the sup board and of course enjoy the crystal sea water along with the stunning sunset. The sunset will fade but the memories will last forever! ☀️
