Εξοχική κατοικία που όπως θα έλεγε κάποιος, είναι ένα μπαλκόνι στο Αιγαίο. Βρίσκεται 430 μέτρα πάνω από την θάλασσα και 4 χιλιόμετρα μακριά από την παραλία του Ορκού και την Ιουλίδα. Το τοπίο με τις βελανιδιές προσφέρει γαλήνη στους επισκέπτες και ολοκληρώνεται με μια υπέροχη ανατολή και τον ήλιο να βγαίνει μέσα από την θάλασσα, φωτίζοντας τα κυκλαδονήσια που διακρίνονται. Ελάτε να γευτείτε παραδοσιακά προϊόντα από τους ιδιοκτήτες και να ζήσετε μία μοναδική φιλοξενία από απλούς ανθρώπους.

Sofias House 4

Sofia's house is located in Merichas Kythnos island, on the center of the port, at the top of the mountain, with the best view. A modern house with private bathroom. You can get there only by 130 stairs. Full renovated the house in 2022 and put a new matrress on the bed at May of 2023. Αlso a pressurized water machine was installed in our complex at 2022 and with the pre-existing tank makes us independent from the island's water supply system. We always try to improve our house.

Amelia: Beachfront relaxation as never experienced

Serene, amazing and not too far from the action. A place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The house is split into two separate levels (Villa Amelia and Villa Agelos). Amelia 's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.

Xyla Beach Studio 4

Xyla Beach Studio 4 belongs to a brand new complex of fully equipped houses just above Xyla beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Kea. The design of house follows the local architectural elements, while their construction combines minimalism with luxury. From the terrace you can access the shared pool of the complex as well as enjoy the marvelous sea view and the sunset. The house is located 15 minutes by car from the port through 4,5km of dirt road.

Kythnos Pleasure Vol.2 (Villa Lussa Kythnos)

It is my pleasure to have the chance to host you in my tradiotional house at Kythnos island. The very house is located exactly on the centre of the island, a few metres outside of the traditional village Dryopida. For instance, this acommodation is 8km far of the port Merichas, 6km from the capital (Chora), while the closest beach is 3km far (Lefkes).

Η απόσταση του σπιτιού από το Λιμάνι είναι 7 χλμ. ενώ σε σύντομο χρόνο μπορείτε να βρεθείτε στις παραλίες των Λουτρών (4 χλμ.), της Απόκρουσης (4 χλμ.) και της Κολώνας (5 χλμ.)
