A spacious 70m² apt. located in the center of the pedestrian promenade, where the old town meets the sandy beach of Rethymno. One of the 3 restored apts of my family's residence (1895) with unobstructed sea views of the venetian port and marina. At walking distance from the residence you can visit historic sites of Rethymno (Rimondi fountain, mosques, old churches, Venetian houses), wander around the stone paved alleys of the old town, discover romantic cafes and the finest restaurants in town.

Ο σχεδιασμός βασίζεται σε καθαρές γεωμετρίες και φυσικά υλικά σε ανοιχτούς τόνους. Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν υλικά όπως το ξύλο και το ύφασμα, σε συνδυασμό με τεχνοτροπίες σε παστέλ τόνους, για να δημιουργήσουμε ένα φιλόξενο και ηρεμο περιβάλλον για τους επισκέπτες. Έμφαση δόθηκε στη μελέτη του φωτισμού προκειμένου να συνδυαστούν διαφορετικές ποιότητες φωτισμού μέσα στη μέρα.

Το κτήριο βρίσκεται στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης με πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό και ποτό ,ανεμπόδιστη θέα στην θάλασσα την οποία μπορείτε να απολαύσετε είτε από το άνετο μπαλκόνι μας είτε χαλαρώνοντας μέσα στο άνετο τζακούζι .
