Πηλιορείτικης αρχιτεκτονικής 45τ.μ ισόγειο με πατάρι και ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ. Φιλοξενεί έως 4 άτομα. Διαθέτει 3 κρεβάτια 1 πολυθρόνα κρεβάτι παρκοκρέβατο καρεκλάκι μωρού πλυντήριο ρούχων ηλ. κουζίνα ψυγείο tv καφετιέρα τοστιέρα όλα τα μαγειρικά σκεύη μαχαιροπίρουνα. Kala Nera is also a great starting point for outdoor activities such as hiking, horse riding, swimming in the crystal clear waters of the beaches of Pelion and skiing between January and March. This would be an ideal holiday home for you if you love being outdoors, in nature and enjoy exploring.

The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.
