This fully self-contained studio is a great place to unwind and relax after a busy day site seeing around the Gold Coast. Located in the suburb of Parkwood, set in a peaceful, tranquil environment. GC Hospital is a 5 min drive or via public transport a 10 min walk to the tram (Parkwood East) and one tram stop away. The light rail takes you as far as Broadbeach or connects you to the main rail link travelling from Robina to Brisbane. The studio is attached to the main house yet very private.

We are located on the Canal -a short walk to the famous Gold Coasts Broadwater Beaches -Harbour Town, the Sports Centre, Mall, Cafes and Restaurants are close by.

Air conditioned little cabin with private entrance in a 24 hour security patrolled Eco-friendly estate - Coomera Waters. Theme parks near by Dreamworld is only 10 minutes drive. 6 minutes drive to major shopping center (Coomera westfield town center ) and train station. corner shops are 2 to 3 minutes drive. The space is exceptionally private, there is no shared space with us ( the hosts ) other than the driveway. It is a great place to unwind, rest, stay in or stop over. Free fast WIFI.

Cottage is located on the same block of our property at the back but quiet and with privacy.

Studio Apartment / Guest House in Coombabah

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene house. This ground floor studio style apartment is great for a couple (or up to four) looking for a home base while exploring the beautiful Gold Coast. You will have your own court yard and a shared swimming pool. The backyard is home to our German Shepard X, Crash. You are very welcome to interact with him but please respect that this is his space. Please check the photos for a better idea of the amenities and layout.
