Two rooms overlooking the sea

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

Prenditela con calma in questo spazio unico e rilassante, nella campagna dell' isola d' Ischia. L'appartamento sorge in una zona molto tranquilla con una vista mozzafiato sulla cittadina di Forio, con molto spazio esterno dove ammirare tutte le sere un tramonto spettacolare. Appena ristrutturato mantenendo intatta la struttura originale in pietra verde (ex grotta utilizzata per produrre vino), in contrapposizione ad una linea moderna ed elegante...

Il nostro appartamento, accogliente e recentemente ristrutturata a nuovo, è situata in una posizione strategica a pochi minuti in auto dalle principali attrazioni (Parco Termale "Poseidon", Centro di Forio, Borgo di Sant'Angelo, Baia di Sorgeto). A pochi passi troverete la fermata dell'Autobus e tutti i servizi (Bar, Ristoranti, Pizzerie, Supermercati, Farmacia, Bancomat, Shopping), data la vicinanza al centro del paese.

They have the advantage of being in a strategic location on the island ... and you fall asleep with only the music of the waves!
