Appartement climatisée de 60 m2 à l’agencement haut de gamme dans l’hyper centre de Paris quartier historique de Montorgueil, célèbre pour ses commerces de bouches, ses petits bistrots et restos. L’appartement se situe au 1 er étage d’un immeuble dans une rue très calme. Il a été refait à neuf en 2023 par une célèbre architecte et donc très bien agencé avec des équipements de très haut standing. Vous y serez comme dans une suite d’hôtel avec le charme en plus, d’un vrai logement parisien.

Charme et confort au deuxième étage d'un immeuble du 16ème siècle (troisième étage pour les Américains), dans une impasse calme et pourtant en plein centre de Paris. Fauteuil convertible en lit une place dans le salon (déplié, le lit fait 80cm x 190cm). Attention : il n'y a pas d'ascenseur.
