The space is fully renovated and has a fully stocked kitchen equipped with stainless appliances and brand new granite countertops.

This home is an 8-minute drive to Pier Park and just 10 minutes to Rosemary Beach and 30A. We are dog-friendly with payment of a $170 pet fee. Three dogs maximum.
