The Farmhouse is a historic property located on a quiet street right in the center of town. Shop and browse galleries on Commercial Street, and visit the nearby Long Point Light Station. Bike and hike along the Cape Cod Provincelands Trail. We have parking for 2 cars. Many guests park and walk everywhere. Some bring their bikes and or rent them. The town also has pedi-cabs which are fun - and there is also Uber and Lyft. It’s a breeze to get anywhere. Please be advised that the rate you pay/the listed rate, already includes taxes of 5.7% State Tax, 6.0% Local Tax, and 2.75% Cape Cod & Islands Water Pollution Fund Tax

Walk to the fish market and come home grill dinner on the deck. 15 minutes bike ride to the closest ocean beach.

Our 5-bdrm Nantucket style beach house has a new kitchen & open living space, with a new deck, all overlooking the entire shoreline of Cape Cod Bay from a commanding perch atop a 100-foot bluff. Whales and seals can be seen from your deck. Located in a private community with its own rocky beach access about 5 min walk from the house where you can hunt for shells & observe the ocean wildlife. This beach is ideal for kayaking. Plymouth also boasts 4 of top 10 rated public golf courses in MA.

Cape Cod Getaway 2 Bedroom Cozy Home

Newly updated in March 2023 with new white interior paint, new black doorknobs and cabinet pulls and new blinds throughout the home. Fresh paint, updated hardware, some new small appliances and added new art but same Cape cottage charm! NOTE: Weekly rentals mid-June through mid-September- Linens and towels can be provided in a basket or you are welcome to bring yours from home- just let us know. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen and a single sleep sofa in the finished basement. There is also a studio apartment available on the premises that sleeps two. The listing name is "Comfortable Studio Apartment".(Pets are allowed in the studio appartment)

House on a private road, the perfect vacation spot for family trips. 1.6 miles from Ballston Beach and close to many wonderful restaurants like Winslow’s Tavern, Montano’s, Victors & PB Boulangerie plus other wonderful shops and restaurants in Chatham, Truro, Wellfleet & Provincetown. The Truro Vineyard is 3.5 miles away, stop in for local wine/liquor as well as wonderful food. Lobster Rolls from the Crushpad truck every Sunday from 6-8 pm. (in season only)
