SUNDANCE PAD is a north facing mid century modern apartment style space. On the ground floor of a duplex with own entry and private courtyard based in Avalon . Local Hilltop shops a 2 min walk , 700m stroll to Paradise Beach and 1.6km to Avalon - ocean beach, main village shops, cafes, wine bars etc. 3 queen size beds, open plan kitchen and lounge opening to outdoor dining area with bbq. The lower level of our house is a sunny, spacious and airy self contained retreat with 2 queen bedrooms, family room, bathroom and kitchenette alcove with a private , sandstone patio and BBQ area with table and chairs . Both bedrooms have builtin wardrobes, comfortable beds and bedside tables with reading lamps. The bathroom includes a large frameless glass shower and heated towel rack .The small kitchenette alcove is equipped with a fridge, utensils , crockery and appliances .
