It's a 5 minute walk to Zia, and the distance to kos town is 22 min by Car (14.5 km). You are welcome to experience our beautiful little paradise! We can offer you a ride from or to the airport/port and we can rent you a car. Furthermore, we can rent you a car.

Cielo is a comfortable apartment renovated in 2023,designed to provide you with moments of relaxation & rest! It includes an outdoor sea view terrace with pallet furniture, ideal for cosy summer nights. Located in Zipari area, the apartment is within a walking distance from sandy Tigaki beach (1km). It is located 15km from the airport of Kos & 6km from the Kos town. Traditional Zia village, where you can enjoy beautiful panoramic sunsets & traditional cuisine is only 4km away.

"Villa Athena" consists of 5 separate one-bedroom apartments on garden level (ground floor) and is situated in a prime location facing the beautiful sandy beach of Tigaki. Each apartment has one main bedroom and then the seating area with kitchenette has 2 other beds.(There is air conditioning in each apartment- it's optional & if one decides to need to use it then there's a small extra charge per day). Each apartment has its own private bathroom with shower.

Lovely house, built before 1933, located in the traditional settlement of Asomatos in Asfendiou village. The panoramic view of this home allows guests to enjoy parts of the plain fields of Kos with a majestic background of the magnificent blue waters of the Aegean Sea on one side of its large terrace and the imposing Mount Dikaios on the other.
