Located on beautiful Damariscotta Lake, "Loon Lodge" is a rustic cabin from another era. Fall asleep to the sound of crickets and frogs and wake every morning to the call of the lake's many loons. The cabin is 30 minutes from Augusta and 15 minutes from Damariscotta. Hiking enthusiasts will enjoy climbing the Camden Hills-a quick 45 minute drive from the lake. You’ll love my place because of the views, the ambiance, the people, and the location. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

This area is a mecca for outdoor and cultural activities. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a great room with kitchen, dining, living areas, and a deck.

Enjoy this beautiful lakefront cottage on pristine Lake St. George with amazing sunrises. The home is year round and heated. Less than a mile from Lake St. George Brewing Company, John’s Ice Cream, and Lori’s Café, the state park and boat launch is also less than three miles away. First floor has 1 bedroom (queen bed), a full bathroom, full kitchen with all essentials, and utility room with a washer and a dryer. The second floor has a half bath and three bedrooms (king, and two queen beds).

The walk-out basement, with its own bathroom, offers a cabin-style space to lounge in or as a second bedroom. Or stay outside and enjoy the water views from the second-story deck or ground-level fire pit. Either spot is an amazing place to enjoy the night sky and listen to the loons and eagles!

Relax and unwind in this beautiful lakefront cottage on the beautiful Lake St. George. Our cottage has been family owned for over 65 years. Enjoy a one mile walk or drive to our local Lake St. George Brew Company, John's ice cream and Lori's café. Lake St. George State Park and public boat launch are just a half mile on Route 3. Scenic Belfast is only 18 miles down the road. The Five star housekeeping is completed by local Lake St. George Property Maintenance.

Price's Point - Cabin on the water

Brand new Cozy Cabin on a small 181 acre pond. Enjoy the cabin feel of knotty pine and a big country porch overlooking the water. Walk in access to the water or ice in the winter. Kayaking, canoeing, ice fishing, snowmobiling and more depending on the time of year. A peaceful location a mile down a private road but 10 minutes away from a grocery store etc. Eagles, loons and fish will be your neighbors as you are in the moment at Price's Point.

SNOW SWEET, A Yurt for All Seasons

Snow Sweet at The Appleton Retreat is very private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt faces the Field of Dreams and has a nice view of Appleton Ridge. It features a private therapeutic hot tub on the deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.

Come visit our lovely organic orchard! These colorful, apartments above our cider building are listed as Cider House East & Cider House West. They're spacious with a large kitchen and bathroom. Rest, relax, hike our hill, and enjoy nearby state parks, lakes, ponds, the ocean or river & a string of lovely seaside towns with great cuisine and shopping. Please note: Red building is a permanent private residence.
