Cape Villa at Sounio

Cape Villa is a stunning, sunlit contemporary house right by the sea. It is perfectly placed to enjoy a relaxed vacation just by the sea, or to combine it with sightseeing around Athens. The house is located on the edge of the cape, just only 20 meters from the sea. It is about 35 minutes drive from Athens airport and about 50 minutes away from Athens city center. The center of Lavrion is only a 5 minute drive and there you can find many tavernas, coffee shops, super markets and bars.

Acropolis Urban House

Fully renovated flat, in the center of Athens, just 10 minutes walk from Acropolis and Philopappos Hill. The apartment can accommodate comfortably 2 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen in case you explored everything Athens restaurants have to offer, feel free to prepare your own meals and enjoy a glass of wine in the dinning table or in the balcony looking at the magnificent Acropolis of Athens. Our charming open plan is located in Artemida, just 1.2km (0.7m) away from the beach. This cozy and stylish one-bedroom retreat offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The highlight of our open plan is the expansive balcony, offering breathtaking view of the sea, either you're sipping your morning coffee, enjoying a sunset cocktail or simply soaking in the stunning scenery. The apartment is 12km (7.4m) away from airport and the shopping center is 12.3km (7.6m) away.

Acropolis view from your sofa!

60 sq.m. apartment on the top floor, with breathtaking view of Acropolis from the living room, with spacy balcony, 5 minutes from Syggrou-fix metro station, 20 minutes from Acropolis by foot, 5 minutes from the museum of modern art. The apartment is animal friendly, upon arrangement. Smoking is allowed. Upon arrival we will ask for your id number (european union countries citizens) or passport number (non european union countries citizens), for tax declaration purposes.

Spacious central flat

Spacious and bright flat only 5 minutes walking distance from the city centre, where all the restaurants, cafes and shops are and 10 minutes from the port. Easy transportation links to Athens and Sounio (where most beaches and the famous Temple of Poseidon are). The flat is located on a small hill offering a magnificent view of Lavrio city and the port. The large balcony is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.

Rita's house (lovely garden, 100 m from the beach)

Our house is a great place to spend your vacation or just to get a sense of the athenian riviera. It is at walking distance from a very nice beach where you can swim during the day or enjoy a cocktail by the sunset. The interior is decorated with warm, earth-toned colours and a minimal approach. The environment both inside and outside the house is calming and relaxing.

Legrena Beach House

The beach house is sorrounded by a private garden with sea view and beautiful sunsets while the beach is in walking distance. A very calm and quiet environment is ready to welcome any guests and let them enjoy a Greek stay. Guests can enjoy the entire house and garden and relax under the sun and the views of the sea. There is also an outdoor BBQ area.
