We are approximately 3 blocks from the beach where you’ll find a boat launch, free fishing pier, crabbing bridge. This is a great place to kayak, jet ski or windsurfing. This house has a king size bed, queen sofa sleeper, bunk beds, 2 smart TVs & WIFI, kitchen with appliances & a coffee bar, charcoal BBQ pit. We’re pet friendly with a non refundable $75 deposit.

There is no bay access in this little neighborhood but the public boat dock and public piers are only minutes away and the beach is just a short drive to Port Lavaca.
