The Brunswick

Listen to the waves crash from your fully equipped oceanfront condo with large deck located on picturesque Old Orchard Beach. This is a 4th floor condo in the Brunswick building located directly on West Grand Ave and a short walk to the “center”. There are miles of sandy beach you can walk / jog / bike on or just relax on your oceanfront deck and watch the sunrise. There is an elevator for easy access and a door code so you don’t have to worry about losing keys.

We are pet friendly for an additional fee - one dog maximum per reservation.

3 night Min. stay 6/1 to Labor Day. Cottage 4 is a 2 bedroom classic cottage with soothing beach colors and well appointed with comfortable furnishings. It is our only cottage with a claw foot bath tub. The cottage has a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans. The cottage also has a private deck with a gas grill. A short walk, and you are at the 7 mile stretch of sandy beach and pier. Yes we allow pets.

Old Orchard Beach Guest Suite

OOB Guest Suite is a remodeled space just 1 block from the downtown area. Walk to restaurants, shops, beach, arcade and amusement park. Free parking. Free wifi/Smart TV. Outdoor space with small deck with bistro table/chairs, new patio with picnic table and grill. Enjoy all that Old Orchard Beach has to offer! Summer reservations are required to be 7 nights, beginning and ending on Saturday.

Downtown Old Orchard beach 1 bedroom

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Walk to beach, pier, restaurants, Palace Playland and more. There’s a trolley steps from the front door. There’s no need to drive. Free WiFi and parking on premises, easy check-in. Perfect location for a quick get away. Please note, there’s a busy rail system in OOB. Potential noise at night.
