Boddington Mill

Boddington Mill is a stunning countryside retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds, steeped in history and rural charm. The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. Mayfield Studio is a quiet, contemporary, spacious self-contained apartment in the picturesque village of Painswick in the heart of the Cotswolds. A perfect base from which to explore the surrounding hills and valleys. The famous Cotswold Way is on our doorstep and you can walk or hike from here or potter in the village where there are great cafes and pubs. Stroud with its Farmer’s market and The Woolpack at Slad are nearby as is Cheltenham for the races and Jazz, Literary and Music Festivals.

Dove Lodge Painswick

A stunning little house in an area of outstanding natural beauty with rolling hills and a location only a mile from the 'queen of the Cotswolds' ( Painswick). The modern little house consists of a bedroom on the ground floor, a large open kitchen and tv lounge on the first floor and spectacular views throughout. The house all equipped and has plenty of free parking as well as a sharegarden which is free to roam. 1 pet is allowed during the stay. Check out is strictly no later than 11am.

A self contained annexe on a working small holding which has recently been refurbished to a high standard. It is overlooking the unique village of Sheepscombe with fantastic panoramic views over the village and surrounding National Trust beechwoods. This rural retreat is a walkers paradise, dog friendly with close access into the woods behind and near to the Laurie Lee way in the Slad Valley. Stroud, Cheltenham, Cirencester and Gloucester are a short drive away. An idyllic quiet get away.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

Recently fully renovated providing a home from home in an utterly charming setting. The cottage is set within the beautiful Cotswold village of Bisley. It is set out over three floors and comprises of an open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room with an exposed stone fireplace with woodburner. TV, wifi and a well equipped kitchen. A very steep wooden staircase leads to the first floor with a double bedroom and bathroom/w.c. Another steep staircase leads to the second floor which comprises of a twin bedroom and a bathroom/w.c.
