Cozy, Dog Friendly, Great Location, Condo

"Little Bear's Condo" is a clean, quiet, modern dog friendly condo. The Condo is centrally located, on the golf course with beautiful mountain views. The convenient location means coffee, grocery stores, and downtown are just minutes away. Best of all if you have brought your furry friend, the dog park is only 1.5 miles away or continue on down the road another .5 miles to Cloman Park, home to amazing cross country ski trails, snowshoeing, hiking and great disc golf. There is a $50/pet/stay fee

Intimate, secluded quiet apartment

DO NOT BOOK W/O AWD-4WD IN WINTER. ONE VEHICLE ONLY. Do not book unless you are 24 or older. I am an on-site owner. Second story apartment is next door to my house. 2 mi. from downtown on a private road and 1 mile from US 160, 3 miles to uptown. Not in Aspen Springs. Private, quiet and secluded. Private deck with mountain views. A perfect place for a recharge and a romantic getaway. Plowed in winter but AWD IS REQUIRED. Recycling provided. Heat and water are solar when it's sunny.
