Sweet Home Suite & Relax Isola Rossa is an independent house, completely renovated with a large living room complete with sofa bed, dining table, 40 "smart TV, wi.fi, a super-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with air conditioning. , two large verandas: the first with a table plus barbecue, the second with a lounge for your hot summers. A beautiful garden planted with a hedge, flowers and lawn where you can sunbathe in comfortable loungers and a swing for your children. All completely fenced with access via a gate and a key box. STAZZO ISOLA ROSSA DI GALLURA

Si tratta di un antico e caratteristico Stazzo ben restaurato e reso abitabile, funzionale e munito di ogni servizio ( lavatrice, phon, doccia esterna, arredi per esterno, TVMolto belli e godibili i due spazi esterni di pertinenza alla casa. La pergola esterna con glicine e tavolo per la colazione, baciati dal primo sole mattutino, mentre sul lato opposto, una sorta di patio naturale con la pavimentazione in pietra e alcuni ulivi, ombreggiano l'ampio spazio utilizzabile per il pranzo e la cena.

Questa piccola moderna villa è circondata da grandi finestre che vi permetteranno di sentirvi totalmente immersi nella nautura. Il silenzio è totale e la privacy assoluta. Gli ospiti avranno a disposizione la piscina ad uso esclusivo e un posto auto privato. Qui ritroverete la pace dei sensi. Ci troviamo a poca distanza dalle spiagge più famose della Costa Smeralda, a circa 5 minuti di macchina da Porto Rotondo e 25 da Porto Cervo. L'aeroporto di Olbia dista 15 minuti. La posizione è ottima.
