Coastal Bend Canal Cottage str permit #2025-195624

Very clean comfortable 3/2 private home on a waterfront canal by Laguna Madre Bay. We follow the Airbnb’s 5-step enhanced cleaning process. We have Security Camera's and home Alarm system. Back yard is a hit with everyone, very relaxing. You can fish off the dock in the back yard or take the kayaks. Mustang Island beach is near by. We provide life jackets for the kayaks but we are not responsible for accidents. NO bottom fishing!! Bring your own poles, hooks, bobbers & bait. Pet Fee $30 per pet

The SandBox Grotto

The Grotto is the downstairs half of a vintage beachside beachhouse owned by "the sandcastle lady" - sandy feet. With 1 bedroom and 2 full baths, it can accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably with full kitchen, spacious living area and enclosed patio/dog rest area. Fully equipped for your best pal with a large pet door and an even larger kennel. Beach toys, boogie boards — everything you need for your Padre vacation in one place. On the Beach & Sunrise

This is a beach front property on North Beach. Sunrise views. We are the only beach house on the beach. This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation. We have another house across the street to accommodate more guests up to 8 more, message me.

Sunrise retreat ❤ Waves & breezes of the gulf ❤❤

Top floor beachfront condo just steps from the ocean!! You’ll love my place because it will not feel like a rental, has the best location on the Island, breathtaking panoramic views, remodeled kitchen, grill, 2 pools ( 1 heated in the winter), 2 hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, washer and dryer, dishwasher, 3 LCD TV's, upgraded premium Broadband internet and Wi-Fi throughout, gated parking lot and elevator. The views from the top floor are out of this world!

2BR/2BA Condo near Beach access

Great condo on the beach side of South Padre Island available! Booking guest must be 21 or over and stay for trip. This place has a pool available during daylight hours and is perfect for families. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with third sofa bed that pulls out from sleeper sofa. There is an assigned long parking spot that can fit 2 cars. There is a biking /running trail as well as beach access within a couple hundred feet. No more than 6 guests at any time permitted. (2nd floor)

Our 2BR beachfront condo has a gorgeous view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico from throughout it, and two private balconies! Fully remodeled with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and home-like. At the popular south end, we are walking distance to shops, restaurants and activities. Onsite we have a heated pool, hot tub, sauna, BBQ grills and picnic tables on a large double oceanfront lot. A great place for friends and family to gather and create treasured memories at the beach!

Relaxing Coastal Treasure

The house is peaceful and relaxing. Everything you need is here to have a great time. The kitchen is fully stocked. The master bath has a deep tub for soaking. The back deck and screened in porch have morning sun and a great hammock. The front yard is fully fenced with a small fire pit for a romantic evening or smores with the kids. The lower deck is great to park your personal boat or try your luck at catching crabs. My hope is to make this place a home away from home. Permit# 2022-195692
