Two story condo with rooms on the second floor with a beautiful balcony with partial views of the bay. Good for couples, solo adventurers, group of friends, and families (with kids).

The SandBox Grotto

The Grotto is the downstairs half of a vintage beachside beachhouse owned by "the sandcastle lady" - sandy feet. With 1 bedroom and 2 full baths, it can accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably with full kitchen, spacious living area and enclosed patio/dog rest area. Fully equipped for your best pal with a large pet door and an even larger kennel. Beach toys, boogie boards — everything you need for your Padre vacation in one place. "GET YOUR BEACH ON!!" Ground floor, 2 BR, 2 Bath.

WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE? 2BR, 2 BATH. LARGER THAN MOST...SPREAD OUT 500 foot walk to one of the few SPI beach entrances with restrooms and showers. Ground floor adult living condo gets a person in the mood for salt life vacation without dragging luggage up and down stairs. Great dining with in one block walking distance e.g. Mexican food of Chilito Pikin. Craft beers from Padre Island Brewing company. Tom and Jerry's bar and grill. Josephine’s for Breakfast & Lunch, Whataburger for a quick bite.

2BR/2BA Condo near Beach access

Great condo on the beach side of South Padre Island available! Booking guest must be 21 or over and stay for trip. This place has a pool available during daylight hours and is perfect for families. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with third sofa bed that pulls out from sleeper sofa. There is an assigned long parking spot that can fit 2 cars. There is a biking /running trail as well as beach access within a couple hundred feet. No more than 6 guests at any time permitted. (2nd floor)

Lovely and Cozy, great location. Ground Floor.

This condo has a master bedroom with a queen bed, two bunk beds in the hall & queen sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen is equipped with all appliances & cooking needs such as dishes, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, blender & toaster. Dining area sits 6. This unit is located on the ground floor which makes it very convenient to load/unload suitcases & groceries. Only a few steps to the beach. The best aspect of this condo is its location having a lots of amenities within walking distance.

Our apartment fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Fishing enthusiasts will love our apartment's proximity to some of the best fishing spots in the area, and we have parking space for your boat. We're centrally located near HEB( 5.6),M.M. 37(7 mi.), The Island(8 mi.),and Whitecap (11 mi.). Apartment located on the lower level.

Beachfront Condo, Pool, Hot Tub!

This gorgeous 3rd floor, beachfront, condo has recently been renovated. It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with unbelievable gulf views from the living area and master bedroom. Relax on the balcony and enjoy the sunrise. The balcony can be accessed from the living area and the master bedroom. The kitchen has granite countertops, all new stainless steel appliances, and is completely stocked with everything you need to cook an amazing meal at home. There are 2 pools and a hot tub on site as well!

The Happy Heron-Oceanfront

This beautifully designed 1 bed 1.5 bath condo with picturesque views-of the Ocean & soothing sounds of the waves create the perfect beachfront experience for a couples getaway or family of 4. You forget the adult only hot tub is a building amenity when you’re only 10 feet away. The fully stocked kitchen with bar seating for 6 is the perfect space to gather. The oversized (210 square foot) balcony is perfect to take a nap in our lounge chairs, watch the fireworks or dine al-fresco.

3/3 2nd floor Gulf front in lovely South Padre; beautifully furnished/decorated. Easily sleeps 8; 2 primary bedrooms (king-sized beds and adjoining bath). Comfortable for 2 families. Recent remodeling of primary baths and kitchen. Local artist watercolors throughout. Large deck overlooking Gulf with propane grill, loungers, outside dining space. Fully stocked for cooking, in condo washer/dryer. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Ask about our active military discount!
