It's equipped with every comfort and it's perfect for visiting the city: it's a 15 minutes walk to Piazza San Marco, it's a stone's throw away to the Biennale and it's a 5 minute ferry ride to the Venice Film Festival. - Questa casa seicentesca è tranquilla e luminosa. È dotata di ogni comfort ed è perfetta per visitare la città: è a 15 minuti a piedi da Piazza San Marco, comoda alla Biennale e vicina alla Mostra del Cinema.

It is a perfect alternative for a hotel stay in Venice. A stone's throw from Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge. Overlooking the Rio di Santa Marina and close to the Church of Miracles. È la scelta perfetta se si vuole visitare le BIENNALI all'Arsenale e ai Giardini. Si trova a soli 10' dal Lido e a 15' da Piazza San Marco. L’appartamento, ricavato da una casa "arsenalotta" del 1400 (destinata alle maestranze dell'Arsenale), è stato ristrutturato di recente: luminoso e asciutto, è arredato con cura e attenzione ai dettagli.

Tipica abitazione Veneziana a conduzione familiare, situata nel caratteristico sestiere di Castello. La posizione centrale permette di visitare a piedi le attrazioni come Piazza San Marco, il Ponte di Rialto ed è a 5 min dalla Biennale. Per la sicurezza e il comfort dei nostri ospiti, in questo appartamento, le superfici vengono igienizzate con prodotti a base di alcol e candeggina. Tutta la biancheria della casa è lavata a 60 gradi con igienizzante e disinfettante per bucato.

Das Viertel bietet unzählige hervorragende Restaurants, Bars und Cafés. Der nahe gelegene, große Park direkt am Meer lädt zum Spazierengehen oder Sporteln ein. In nur zwei Stationen könnt Ihr mit dem Vaporetto zum Strand des Lido fahren und nach nur einer Station erreicht Ihr den Markusplatz.

Our modern flat has been newly redecorated to offer a comfortable and warm ambience, with a lovely bathroom with shower and a comfortable mattress. We can host up to 4 people and the flat is equipped with many facilities. It takes 1 walking min from Biennale and boat stops, 5 min from Via Garibaldi, 15 min walking from S. Marco Sq. or 5 minutes by public boats

Cozy House is a delightful apartment in the heart of the "sestiere" of Castello, one of the most residential areas of the island. It is a typical land-to-sky Venetian house renovated and equipped with all comforts. The house is close to the Giardini della Biennale, 15 minutes from Saint Mark's Square and 10 minutes by vaporetto from Venice Lido.
