A recently built home, with a 2 bedroom ground floor Guest Suite. The Guest Suite has private access to a kitchenette/ dining and lounge and two bedrooms each with their own ensuites. Located in a quiet street only minutes walk from Suncorp stadium, Caxton St and a leisurely stroll into the city and Southbank. An additional (King Single) bed can be set up in the living room on request, prior to arrival ($40/per night). Host are in the unit above and happy to help with any issues or requests.

Ideally located, my unit is a 13 minute walk to Suncorp Stadium, 10 minute walk to Milton train station, 3 minute walk to a bus stop which has buses into Brisbane CBD. It is also situated in the fashionable suburb of Paddington, which has an abundance of cafes, restaurants, and bars. It's only 2.2km to the Wesley hospital, and 500m to the Rosalie cinema- making it a very convenient location.
