Welcome to Green Door a homely self contained space that overlooks gardens, pool and park. 5 minutes walk to Chirn Park coffee shops, restaurants, supermarket etc Close to the Surfers Paradise and sporting venues , in walking distance to bus and five minutes drive to tram and train connection. Judy welcomes you to the garden flat .. you will have private access and enjoy the privacy of your own space . The pool is available for guests to use if they wish. We have two chooks and three goldfish.

Walking distance from the vibrant shopping and restaurants of both Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, but away from the noisy hustle and bustle. Private access to the Beach House’s courtyard is straight off the street - there is no lift needed to navigate whilst juggling your suitcases and surfboards. Ask me about bringing your furbaby - prior approval required (must be under 15kg).

Theme Park Central with a taste of Country

This contemporary country accommodation is situated on acreage only 7 minutes from the Motorway. It is only 7 minutes from Movieworld, Wet and Wild and Australian Outback Spectacular. Dreamworld is a short 12 minutes drive. When at the house you get the feeling you could be a million miles away from everywhere, however you are only a few kilometeres from major shopping centres, trams, trains, themes parks, and the motorway that takes you north to Brisbane or south to Surfers Paradise.

** PEACE amongst NATURE ** Modern architect-designed hinterland holiday home over 2 levels, with views from every room, including the double spa in the bathroom. There is a full kitchen. 2 of the 4 bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, the other 2 bedrooms have single beds with trundles. The property is approximately 1.25hrs drive from Brisbane CBD (1.5hrs from Brisbane airport) and just under 1 hr from the Gold Coast airport. Gold Coast beaches approx. 40mins from the house.

Beautifully renovated historic Queenslander, situated on top of Mt Tamborine with spectacular views over the Great Dividing Range. This 4 Bedroom house is mountain living at its best. 2 large decks with views that come to life at sunset and a swimming pool with same views. Location plus! 7 minutes drive to the beach and Broadwater where you can swim, surf, sunbath or dine in the waterfront eateries. Take the picnic rug, bikes etc and enjoy the grassy Broadwater parklands which has endless bike paths, playgrounds, events and areas to picnic. It’s a magic spot to be listening to music & people watch with a drink/ food & enjoy the beach side vibe. Also 7 minutes away is Australia Fair Shopping Centre which has over 210 different stores.
