We have previously stayed in Jane's unit. The view and access to the beach are unbeatable. We love walking for coffee and delicious food in Nye Beach. It's also easy to make meals in the kitchen. This unit has no steps/stairs which makes for easy access. Jane is very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

We stayed at the Lookout for three months and loved our time there. The view over Nye Beach is breathtaking and never gets old in any weather! the biggest pros: - Location and View are perfect - Well-stocked kitchen - Squeaky Clean - Well-designed space - Pet friendly It's worth knowing - The Lookout is not large, but it has everything you need - The location is definitely tucked away - we didn't even try ordering delivery bc we didn't think they would find it - No recycling on site, just a small trash bin - You will sign a long agreement (outside of AirBnB) that looks litigious and basically prohibits negative and 4* reviews We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

We really enjoyed staying at Randy’s place. It was nice, clean and had all the amenities. The view was beautiful and the location was perfect. It’s walking distance to all the little shops and cafes at Nye Beach. I also enjoyed the large shower and rain shower head. It was very nice. The heated towel rack was nice also. We look forward to staying again next year.

This is a great place, I’ve stayed twice. Love the onsite parking, hot tub on the balcony, kitchen with everything needed. It’s very close walk to the beach, about a block away. Activity room only has a pool table and TV, would be cool to see another pool table or shuffle board added.

The view was amazing; the apartment was clean and was conveniently located to the world's smallest harbor. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful view, excellent place! We loved the balcony and kitchen table for having a drink and a chat. Very thoughtful to have extra blankets to cozy up in to sit out on the balcony and watch the beach on a beautiful but windy evening! Comfy bed too, and great serviceable kitchen. Thank you!

I absolutely loved it here, very accommodating and homey, the view was amazing, bed was super comfortable, and it felt private but not hidden, overall I’d definitely stay here again

We had a fabulous stay at this place. The view is outstanding. The house was extremely clean and comfortable for the three of us, plus our dog. The beach access was very easy - even for me who has terrible knees! (I did use my walking poles for balance) The kitchen was very well equipped. The patio out back and fire pit were an extra bonus. This house was expensive, but we thoroughly enjoyed it and enjoyed exploring the surrounding area, which was new to us. Loved it all!

Perfect place to stay with a large group. Everything was clean, organized and easy to find. We loved the view from both lower and upper decks. Was very kid friendly but would suggest brining something to block the stairs off if you have a toddler (we have a 1 year old that was very curious of the staircase)… overall excellent, easy stay!

This was a fantastic listing. The home is beautiful and the hosts were very helpful and hospitable. We can’t wait to book with them again.

Amazing views! This is a quaint air BnB with amazing beach/ocean views wether lounging on the couch or eating at the table. The huge windows being the ocean inside. It's got great outdoor space and we loved sitting in the chairs out above the rocks overlooking the beach and ocean. It was such a relaxing space close to the quiet to of Rockaway Beach. We were there in April, so it was cool, but note the house does not have AC.

Exactly as advertised, plus! Quiet, beautiful, calming, spacious. For those that love relaxation, the sauna and the upstairs open shower were exceptional! A perfect private, serene getaway.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay! The view of the beach from the living area was absolutely beautiful — it was so relaxing to wake up and see the ocean right outside. The home was clean, comfortable, and had easy access both to the beach and to town. We loved being able to walk everywhere, from grabbing coffee to exploring the shoreline. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a beach getaway with great walkability in Rockaway Beach.

Almost out of town, which made it very peaceful. Great eateries within a few miles. Try Grumpy's for a great breakfast but if you order the #1 be prepared to eat for a couple days. The pancakes were so big I would have had to start a week earlier to finish them. Loved the place, everything you could need that you might have left at home, was available. I've stayed at five star hotels that weren't this nice. I kept waiting for someone to come say it was time for my massage.

We really enjoyed this quiet Nye Beach condo. It was clean and well equipped in all areas. Excellent communication with the host and a view that can't be beat. It is just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops and other Nye Beach shops. We look forward to coming back.

We have stayed with Vacasa before, just not this listing, and we cannot wait to be back. We’ve always have a great experience with them, and this has to be our favorite airbnb we’ve stayed at. Extremely clean, great space, well decorated and updated. Walkable to a lot, and a beautiful view of the bay. Only complaints was that there was a dirty dish put back, there’s a minor ant problem in the kitchen, and the master king bed mattress protector was stained, yellow, and ripping like it has to be years old (pretty easy $50 fix from a store). The internet also only worked 50% of the time. Regardless, just some small things that are fixable. We will absolutely be back!

We had a wonderful time at the apartment. The view of the ocean was amazing, we had easy access to the beach, and all you could hear was the sound of the surf. The place itself is comfortable and has all the amenities one would have at home. Would definitely recommend it and hope to return in the future.

This was our 1st trip up to Oregon and our 1st airbnb this was the perfect spot beach right there then a beautiful trail a few min drive away. The home has everything you could need,I was so busy packing and making sure everyone else had their things I forgot a few of my own but Rian had just what I forgot and more. we absolutely fell in love with the fudge at the ice cream shop down the street,my husband called to see if they'll ship to us... (they will). This is definitely a trip we won't forget and this home was perfect for it.

Incredible view! We felt pampered from the moment we stepped inside to a welcome bag, filled with goodies. There were shelves filled with books, games and dvds but I could just sit and watch those waves all day long in a comfy recliner. Everything was perfect, from the sumptuous sheets and towels to the incredibly stocked kitchen, which was a dream to cook in. Joni was so helpful with her texts and phone calls.

Absolutely wonderful stay!! Amazing view, exactly as described. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It had an incredibly well stocked kitchen. We didn’t bring our kids with us on this trip, but it was nice to see kid friendly dishes that we wouldn’t have worried about being damaged. We appreciated the specific directions on gate and door codes along with checkout details that were provided through text, email, and the app several days before our stay and then again the day of. It was a nice surprise when we received a text several hours before the scheduled check in saying that it was ready early. We would definitely stay here again!
