Quiet cottage near station

Stable Cottage is a beautiful stable conversion in a village on the North Downs Way. It offers an ideal base for walking and cycling with many tracks and footpaths in the area. It is also easy to get to London from the property, just five minutes walk from Merstham station with direct trains to London (30-40 minutes). It is about 20 minutes from Gatwick by car or train. The property has two bedrooms and an open-plan living and dining area. Continental breakfast and toiletries are included.

A lovely bungalow situated in a quiet cul-de-sac off a private road making it virtually traffic free. Just a 5 minute stroll down the lane is the picturesque Hedgecourt Lake. East Grinstead railway station, with regular trains to London and home of the historic Bluebell Railway is less than 10 minutes away in the car or you can catch a bus there from the main road. The lovely Sussex coast is less than an hour by car or you can catch a train from nearby Three Bridges station.

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

Garden Pavilion

A lovely, fully self contained Garden Pavilion in a very pretty garden. Superb location with Gatwick Airport being only a ten minute drive and a 3 minute train journey. Horley station provide fast access to London, Brighton and the Midlands. Car parking is also available. Horley town centre, supermarkets, cafes and pubs are all within walking distance. It is also a great base for visiting the local area in and around Surrey and Sussex.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
