Dolphins, Seals, and occasionally Whales have been seen on a regular basis from the balcony overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean. The location is by the ocean, some of the amenities rust. Saltwater deteriorates metal. you may also see dust or debris on the balcony as there is construction in the area & it gets dirty quickly.
