This is a safe haven for walkers, golfers , fishermen, families and riders alike

Stargazers apartment, one of two houses down a private drive. A peaceful, picturesque location. No noise or light pollution and the darkest skies in Europe. Enjoy the whole top floor with open plan lounge/kitchen and historical bookcases. Bedroom with roll top bath, king size bed, ensuite bathroom. It's a fabulous space! Separate entrance via a beautiful glass atrium with amazing views. Private stargazing terrace & Telescope 2 guests maximum Shared garden. Pets considered please ask first.

Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Make your trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, its Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". We hope that a stay at the Temple will deliver this experience and stay true to this vision

Oxnam Smithy Farmhouse.

Beautiful countryside farmhouse, perfect for relaxing in nature and walks around peaceful farm land. Located on the edge of Oxnam village, there is an abundance of wildlife in the garden and around the farm house. There is plenty of space to relax in the garden, perfect for a family, friends or couples gateway to the countryside. The area boasts historical sites, countryside walks, world class road cycling. Close by is Jedburgh with all the local amenities 4 miles drive. Fully enclosed garden.

Garden Cottage, The Yair

Hidden away on a beautiful private estate in the Scottish Borders, Garden Cottage is a charming stone retreat for up to four guests. Overlooking a walled garden and close to the River Tweed, it’s perfect for walkers, cyclists, and anyone seeking fresh air and relaxation. From the doorstep, you can join scenic trails and connect to the Southern Upland Way. Skylark Seaview Studio

Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

Sitting completely on its own at the edge of the Northumbrian moors, The View is a modern, off-grid cabin that allows you to truly ‘get away from it all.’ Gazing out over the Cheviots, this truly unique space is blessed with no surrounding buildings or neighbouring accommodation - offering total tranquility. Head out hill walking by day, then return to relax by the roaring fire. Sip a drink and watch as the weather rolls by. When night falls, soak in the silence and gaze up at the stars.

Birkenside Cottage

The Perfect Family Getaway Birkenside Cottage is a peaceful haven, located at the end of a track, in the midst of a forestry reserve, in the heart of the Scottish Borders. With two comfortable bedrooms, a modern kitchen, stylish living room with wood burning stove, the cottage offers off grid living with luxury trappings. The garden is generous, bordering a forestry reserve on three sides, & fields on the other. There are no neighbours, no one overlooking, no noise to mar your peace.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

Ancient Castle above the River Tweed

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. Peebles is 10 minutes walk away, with a host of shops and restaurants, as well as a museum and award winning chocolatier.
