Luxury Shepherd's Hut with stunning sunset views!

Welcome to Honeysuckle, our luxury shepherd's hut with stunning views across the fields in the Chilterns. In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in March/April 2025!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

Disconnect from the busy … retreat beneath the canopy of an ancient woodland and soak up the views and surrounding nature. It’s not perfect. Nothing is. This beautiful bespoke-made sheperd’s hut is located one mile outside the charming market town of Chipping Norton. Chipping Norton is a hub of activity with a bustling well-stocked bookshop, cafés and restaurants. The sheperd’s hut is a quiet haven, equipped with a wood burning stove, mini oven, a power electric shower, underfloor heating, cosy armchairs and a king sized bed. With its beautifully appointed linens and furnishings our shepard’s hut is the perfect base for your next break.

Peaceful Cotswold luxury hideaway with Hot Tub

The Dacha has everything : peace and comfort for two adults with its own garden, fire pit & evening access to a hot tub in a pretty private courtyard next to the main house (6-10pm). Eat at the fabulous Three Horseshoes gastropub (two minutes' walk) or have a beer and stock up at Jeremy Clarkson's new pub and farm shop, The Farmer's Dog (fifteen minutes' walk). Easy access to all the famous Cotswold villages as well as Diddly Squat Farm, Daylesford, Oxford and Blenheim.

There are two bedrooms upstairs but one is a walk through to get to bathroom and the other bedroom.
