Luxury Shepherd's Hut with stunning sunset views!

Welcome to Honeysuckle, our luxury shepherd's hut with stunning views across the fields in the Chilterns. In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in March/April 2025!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

The Garden Flat is an independent new extension to our converted stone barn in Oxfordshire, just outside Hook Norton on the edge of The Cotswolds with stunning views from every window. Attractively & tastefully furnished with a small kitchenette area, 2 ring hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster & kettle - NO OVEN; double bedroom with king size bed & en-suite shower/bathroom. Shepherds hut on beautiful farm

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot located on a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border with rural views and great walks around the farm. We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House, Diddly Squat (30 minutes). Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

Rectory Farm Camp

New for November 23’ This is the third edition of our ever popular Rectory Camp with much modernisation and upgrades. Tucked away in the heart of the Cotswolds on our family farm the Camp is a truly unique, purpose built cabin,situated within a secluded & idyllic south-facing meadow. It sleeps 2 adults & 1-2 small children, or 3 adults, with one double bed and a single size sofa bed. Also it has an eco wood fired hot tub (available at extra cost)

Ideal for weekends, short breaks or longer stays to explore everything Oxfordshire has to offer.
