Rectory Farm Retreat

Tucked away in the heart of the Cotswolds, the Retreat is situated within a secluded & idyllic south-facing meadow. Lounge in your private area by summer and cozy up by the log-burner come autumn, the Retreat is a perfect escape for any season. Relax and soak your troubles away in the hot tub (available at extra cost) whilst gazing at the stars sipping champagne. Get back to nature but with a good dollop of comfort! Please note there is no electricity at this site. Your dog is welcome too!

Tranquil studio with outdoor pool and rural views

Unwind at The Pool House with rural views, country walks & a village pub a 10 minute walk away. 5 miles from the pretty town of Thame, 10 miles from Oxford and a few minutes from junction 7 of the M40. The property is an insulated wooden studio with its own garden area plus sole access to a heated pool from 23 May to 22 September 2025 apart from one hour a day. Up to two well-behaved, friendly pets welcome for a small fee (no pets in the pool though, please). Sorry no babies/children under 18

Field End Contemporary rural barn

A small barn built with friends during a barn raising. Simple, stylish, with underfloor heating, compact but with a sense of space. Deck with hammock and barbcue extends into fields at the back. Private, lovely spacious comfortable beds , rustic but with a touch of luxury. Thirty minutes to Oxford, two minutes drive to village of Great Tew and Soho . One of three properties on site ( we live in one) the other is called The Artists House and if booked together can sleep 12 guests in total.
