If I could give Robert’s home 6 stars I would. Additionally, Robert is an amazing host who was incredibly helpful to us numerous times. The Taylor area is adorable and has some nice dining options if you plan ahead. It’s less than 15 minutes to The Square in Oxford. We used Robert’s home for graduation and being away from the hustle and bustle was so nice. Would love to come back for a football weekend, if he will have me. Cheers and rent this place. The lovely photos truly do not the home justice.

For our anniversary, my wife and I wanted to escape everyday life, and this was the ideal place to do so. Comfortable accommodations in a beautiful country setting — complete with the sounds of chickens, goats, and cows. We awoke to an amazing sunrise and the sounds of birds singing...we grabbed our coffee and headed to the rocking chairs on the back porch, books in hand. We sat there for several hours enjoying the scenery and quiet...completely unplugged! The location is less than 10 minutes from Oxford Square, the university, and many amazing restaurants. We will be back again and again...

Despite some rain and our football team losing to Ole Miss, we had a great stay in Oxford and Beth Ann’s guest house! Great location, clear instructions around check in and check out and comfortable surroundings. Couldn’t be happier with our stay there.

INCREDIBLE STAY!!! We have stayed in many Air BnBs and Courntey's is a TOP FAVORITE!! Immaculate, beautiful and peaceful interior, gorgeous natural lighting, plenty of space, the most peaceful backyard, everything you could need and more. Short drive to The Square, Kroger and Campus. We truly loved every minute we were there and did not want to leave. Beds are even amazing! Seriously, look no further this is the best you will find in OX!!

Fourth Stay here. As always, the house is quiet, comfortable, and clean. Its ideally located just a block from downtown Water Valley so its an easy walk to businesses and restaurants. Will stay here anytime I'm in Water Valley. Diedre is a great host and responds within minutes if you need anything.

Quite possibly the best place we ever reserved through airbnb! Very very cool home - our whole crew loved it! Hosts went the extra mile (and beyond) to accommodate us and everything that was described was spot on. We'd highly recommend Beth Ann and the property - had a wonderful stay !!!

I was leery of renting a room in someone’s home . I have never done that before now. The reviews were stellar so I decided to take a chance. It was a nice experience. I would stay here again. It was clean, private and sharing a bathroom didn’t pose an issue at all. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the breakfast too.

In a class of its own!

We can't say enough about how much we loved Michael's place! The pictures do not do it justice. My family and I traveled to Oxford for a game and it was so perfect. The house is beautiful and so comfortable. It is ideal for a family or a group of friends. Michael and his wife thought of everything with so many nice touches and little extras around the house. We will absolutely visit again.

Wow, first of all a huge thank you to Barry! You couldn’t have made this stay any better! I loved the SEC theme, that’s why we were in town. I travel a lot and you won’t find a better host than Barry. So generous with sticking of food and essentials….he didn’t miss a thing. My kids loved his home and we had plenty of room. I’ll definitely be back, that should tell you all you need to know! Thank you Barry!!!!

My wife stayed here while visiting our son. She said the room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. She also said the breakfast was outstanding!

This is our second time staying here. Sealeaner is an excellent host. She is a sweetheart. The rooms are clean. We had a room with a private bath, which I love!! The breakfast in the morning is delicious. The location is great for us as it is close to Ole Miss and our daughter’s place. It is a safe area. Would stay here again.
