We affectionately call it Frog Stomp because our neighbors have a pond and during the summer there are hundreds of baby tadpoles that are make their way around the guesthouse. So if you are scared of little tiny frogs, this is not the place for you.🐸Frog Stomp is 1BR 1BA. It has a kitchen with fridge, stove, and kurieg coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower. Welcome to the beautiful Highland Cottages at Lake Guntersville! Each cottage has a built-in King bed with memory foam mattress, a kitchenette with a coffee maker, tea kettle, dishes, glasses, and cutlery, and even a small refrigerator. Pamper yourself at the beautiful vanity with all the items needed to make you look and feel your best. Included are a hair dryer, makeup mirror, complimentary soaps and lotions, and the softest towels we could find. The deck and hot tub complete the experience!

Magical Mountain Retreat with Vintage Charm

Our second home is a mix of mid-century modern and "cabin in the woods." It sits on 2 heavily wooded acres and backs up to a mountainside with rock outcroppings. The main living area (living room, dining area, and kitchen) is raised about 4 steps, and the bedroom and bath areas are on the main level. There is one large bathroom with a shower. There is an electric fireplace surrounded by ledge stone in front of the u-shaped built-in sofa. There is abundant reading material & 2 TV's.

Located behind an 1844 Historic Plantation home listed on the National Register, our guest cottage is behind the main house. With it's own private entrance and porches overlooking horse pastures and barns. There are 150 acres with creeks and trails to ramble about and access to the Flint River located within walking distance (15 min walk). With Huntsville's sprawling growth surrounding us we are minutes to restaurants and shopping. Just 12 min to downtown Huntsville.

Musical Farm Studio Apartment

Join us on the Mount View Hurricane Valley farm, where we grow veggies, play with the dogs and cats, feed the chickens, and sing with the turkeys. This studio apartment is full of life inside and out. The grand piano is there just for all the practice you want to do. Then, stroll up the hillside and take in the view. Light a fire in the fire pit, star-gaze, enjoy the hot tub, and just relax. A Pack-n-Play and a bassinette are available on request.

Welcome to our cozy Airbnb, we are centrally located between Guntersville and Arab with easy access to golf courses, play grounds, boat launches, walking trails, dining, shopping and more. There are multiple public boat launches for Lake Guntersville, located within 9 miles of the house. Our Airbnb has been setup with comfort and families in mind. Cleanliness and amenities are our primary goals. We are striving for 5 stars from all of our guests.

The Legacy Suite

Enjoy a modern in‑law suite in South Huntsville. The suite occupies the entire basement floor with no shared interior spaces and a private entrance. My family lives on the main floor. The space is cozy, comfortable, and close to shopping, restaurants, parks, and entertainment—great for work or relaxation. We have two friendly dogs upstairs who do not access the suite, but if you fear dogs, this may not be the best fit.

Cabin on Honeycomb Creek

You will love this creek side cabin nestled on SIXTY acres with trails for exploring. It's a great nature adventure for families. It's also perfect for visiting the Cathedral Caverns, fishing lake Guntersville, or a romantic weekend getaway. Property is equipped with HD satellite and lots of amenities. The front porch runs right along the creek where water can be heard cascading over rock. Come and relax!
