very nice House we stayed here for work off the beaten path quit and felt peaceful thank you for letting us stay here

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful lake home over the weekend and it was nothing short of amazing! The house itself is stunning with breathtaking views and thoughtful decor that leave a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. The host truly goes above and beyond to ensure you have the best stay possible. Every detail was taken care of. From the welcoming touches to the prompt communication, we felt right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque escape. We can’t wait to return!

Probably the best experience with an airbnb I’ve ever had! Absolutely loved the house. It was perfect for our bigger group. The outdoor spaces were fantastic and so was the kitchen and living room. I would be happy if it was my house! Would love to come back!! Took a drive to rock island and hiked to some waterfalls which was a great addition to the already perfect weekend.

If you are looking for beautiful views in a peaceful area, this cabin is your spot! We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend this house to everyone. We felt very much at home as it had everything we needed during our stay. The swim spa was an added bonus but the hot tub was our favorite overlooking the lake. Jessica was a responsive and wonderful host! Can’t wait to go back when it’s warmer so we can float in the lake.

We enjoyed our stay with a group of friends ! We went in March , and we’ll definitely be back in the future over summer break ! The area is just gorgeous. The views are amazing to wake up to. Most everything that we did (waterfall hikes , Nashville , and dinner ) was about 1-2 hours away. We were not impressed with the local cuisine , but this had nothing to do with the home itself. Definitely a perfect place to relax with friends and family ! Our kids enjoyed the pool the entire time we stayed. Thank you for your hospitality!

We are repeat customers, place works great for us. We are just looking to hang together so perfect for that. Pool was nice place was clean and location is extremely peaceful. What more would you want.

We had an amazing time with our family and friends before they head back to college/work. Our boat is at Hurricane Marina and the drive there was less than 15 minutes- which was very nice! We enjoyed playing pool and games. House had everything you needed and was clean and comfortable! We highly recommend this place and Michelle was super responsive! Thank you for sharing!

We had an amazing stay at Joe & Tosha’s home! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. It was absolutely beautiful, so clean, and so quiet and peaceful. We traveled with my small children and they had the easiest adjustment they’ve ever had staying somewhere outside of home. There is also a beautiful baseball park across the street with a small playground in it that they absolutely loved. Tosha was extremely friendly and responsive. She even sent me websites when I was trying to find some information about handicap accessibility for a nearby state park for my son with special needs. Thank you, Tosha! My brother was in town for a Bassmasters tournament and if they ever compete in the same area we certainly will book again. Thank you for such a lovely visit to Livingston, TN!

Great place to disconnect and spend time with your friends/family. $25 dollar extra charge if you use the hot tub

Very nice home. New, Clean , beautiful, and convenient. It’s a new road, so an older GPS may have trouble locating it. The kitchen had all the utensils we wanted for cooking, but wasn’t cluttered One or two basics were missing but the host dropped them off a few minutes after we messaged. Much appreciated! The upstairs was warmer than downstairs, and for our short stay we didn’t try to fix that. For a longer stay I’d ask the host how to adjust zone settings for the air conditioning In the town of Cookeville itself we found fun activities for the kids: outdoor parks, trampoline park, ymca nearby Very nice overall and we’d be happy to stay again!

We had a great stay and this place was spotless. We were extremely satisfied. Great view of the gold course and all the things we needed in a home.

Very clean place to stay and not around a bunch of people only thing is the gravel road it’s on but other than that great place to stay

We travel and reserve homes all over the east coast. This one is definitely in the top spot! Not only was the scenery absolutely gorgeous, but this place had everything you would need! The bed linens were so clean!! Even the top quilt! (If you know, you know) Best thing is that for me, the coffee drinker…..She had it completely stocked with K-Cups for the Kurig and also had the ice maker turned on prior to our arrival! Hoping to snag this place again next year!!! Definitely a great place to stay!

Beautiful place! The view of the lake was amazing. It felt like we were out in the wilderness but we were only 10 minutes from town. Extremely peaceful, cozy getaway!

I stayed overnight at Shawna’s barn so that I could attend a wedding nearby. It was the perfect spot for an overnight stay! She was awesome, and her kitchen had a ton of staples for cooking and cleaning. Also, her chickens and her mules/donkeys were beautiful and sweet. I would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at this little cottage on the hill! It is just outside of town which was just the relaxing and serene getaway we needed but yet still within minutes of town. The entire cottage is beautiful and very clean. The bathrooms were gorgeous and so convenient to have two, even in a smaller home, so that everyone can be getting ready for the day at once. The bedroom views are beautiful with the surrounding sliding doors! We would most definitely stay here again, and likely will, if we come back to the Cookeville area. We loved the entire town and stay and wish we would've stayed longer!

This place was so cozy and exactly what we were looking for when planning our Waterfall Weekend. Close to Cummins Falls, Burgess Falls, and a whole lot more if you’re willing to travel a little bit. The house was as described and the fenced in back yard was so nice for my pup. Brittany was super accommodating and communicative. Would stay here again if back in the area!
