Cozy 3 bedroom barn house on the farm.

Make memories at this unique property. The barn in Alpine is only 10 minutes from East Port Marina at Dale Hollow Lake, 15 minutes from Livintston’s charming downtown, & 25 minutes from Sunset Marina in Byrdstown. Barn includes 1 king, 1 queen, & 1 twin daybed with trundle and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals. If you enjoy peace & quiet in a beautiful setting, the barn is for you. We have wild turkeys & deer on the property for peaceful nature watching.

Sweet Home Tennessee

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. My home is a charming older home which has been renovated with all the modern amenities, including a beautiful new kitchen. It is situated on a large lot in a quiet, safe neighborhood within walking distance to the center of a lovely town square with antique stores as well as several boutiques and restaurants. We also have a wonderful new city park where your children can play and you can also enjoy free concerts on summer weekends

Culper Retreat

Culper Retreat is a peaceful and centrally-located place between Livingston and Cookeville, TN. Close enough to shops, activities, and restaurants, but far enough away to only hear the crickets in the evening. With 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, it is ideal for a couple's weekend away or an extended stay visiting nearby family and friends. This place offers a open floor plan kitchen, dining room, and living room. Very spacious and inviting! No pets allowed without prior approval and pet fee.

If you are looking for outdoor activities, Livingston is located within 1/2 hour drive to Dale Hollow Lake, and Standing Stone State park is just a few minutes away. Custom Garden Home, reclaimed building features

Come relax just minutes from beautiful Dale Hollow Lake in our three bedroom craftsman style family home. Located close to Horse Creek Boat Dock, and just a few miles from Standing Stone State Park. We are between the towns of Celina and Livingston, with Cookeville and the bigger town amenities 40 minutes away. Cummins Falls, Cordell Hull State Park and other natural wonders are nearby. But you may decide to just put your feet up in a comfy chair and listen to the birds sing!

The 872 House Getaway Peaceful Mountaintop Home

Welcome to the mountain! It's been in the family for five generations and is a relaxing, private getaway seven miles from town or short drive to many natural areas. The comfortable and spacious 4BD/2BA retreat is a pleasant walk to panoramic mountain views with stunning sunsets and sunrises. The home is set at the edge of the woods with great porch sittin' and a large front yard and fishing pond. Enjoy sitting around a campfire or snuggle up by a the cozy wood burning stove.

Hilham House

Quaint older home where you can be downtown in 10 minutes for shopping and eating. The home is located just 4.5 miles from TTU on Hilham Rd. It’s on a 2 lane state highway. For the kids a pack n play and gates provided!(also used for dogs) Algood City Park is 4.5 miles away & Dogwood Park is within 6 miles. Want to get outdoors? Cummins Falls State park is 7 miles down the road! Lets not forget you can work out at Crossfit Mayhem. Its just a 10 minute drive.

Located in Byrdstown, this welcoming cottage lets you experience it all with convenient on-site parking for vehicles and boat(s), a large fenced in deck & yard and a fully stocked kitchen. A quick 8-minute drive from the cottage you can be at Dale Hollow Lake. There is a FREE boat launch at Cove Creek recreation area (2.7 mi). After a day on the lake, you can unwind on the deck (seasonal lake views), sip a drink by the firepit or grill up burgers!
