An easy 5 minute drive to Cromer, or a beautifully scenic, leisurely 40 minute cliff top walk. 10 minutes drive to the much celebrated Gunton Arms or Suffield Arms. Stunning property for couples & families alike.

Relaxing and newly renovated countryside cottage in the heart of Norfolk. This cosy and tastefully refurbished farmhouse is the perfect place to escape to. Come and enjoy the beautiful countryside on a midsummer’s adventure in East Anglia or snuggle up by the fire with a good book in the wintertime. Perfect for families of 6 but take Shepherds cottage next door and you can sleep 12. Interlocking gardens Heaps of space inside and garden for games and BBQs. Dog friendly and a secure garden.

The Clockhouse

The Clockhouse, built in 1904, is a beautifully situated cosy retreat in the lovely village of Overstrand. The village boasts a good pub, a thriving Arts Centre and hundreds of yards of golden sand which is one of the best beaches in East Anglia. The cottage is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. The cheap nightly price is because we have not finished rendering the outside of the cottage and we do not have a washing machine yet. Only 500 yards to the beach! Towels & Linen Inc

Beach chairs and equipment available. Just 2 min stroll to amazing sandy beach. Pubs, shop all close by. Cromer 5 mins drive or walk the coastal path .

The Good Shepherd Hut near beach and country walks

The Good Shepherd, located in the seaside village of Overstrand is just a 3 minute walk to the beach and 1 mile from the Victorian fishing town of Cromer. The Shepherds Hut is situated on a secluded plot at the side of our property, overlooking flower beds and exotic shrubs. The hut contains a comfortable double bed, log burner and mini fridge. Outside is a separate heated shower-room, small private lawn with a fire pit. Ideal for a peaceful retreat, perfect for couples and lone adventurers.

The Boathouse in Sennowe Park is a truly special property and we are delighted to have the opportunity to let it on behalf of its wonderful owners! Designed by renowned Norfolk architect George Skipper The Boathouse sits in a totally unrivalled position looking over the beautiful lake and grounds at Sennowe Park, next to Pensthorpe Nature reserve (recent home of BBC’s ‘Springwatch’) and just a 20-minute drive from the North Norfolk coast at Wells-next-the-Sea.

The Beach House

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Situated on a private estate with a central communal green that leads down to the beautiful beach. There’s a lovely patio areas with gates that open onto the huge green that is great to kick a ball around on or play a game of badminton! There are a couple of benches at the edge of the green that you can relax on and take in the beautiful views of the beach and sea!

A five-minute walk from Overstrand beach, our two-bedroom cottage is the perfect place to stay for families, couples, or a small group of friends looking to make the most of the North Norfolk coast. Whilst you can be parked up in Cromer town centre within 10 minutes, the location and large gardens allow for a peaceful and relaxing break away from all of the usual holidaymaker hustle and bustle.
