Beautifully designed, modern space with a 9' window with a view of the mountain, a queen bed and twin sleeper couch. This 3-bedroom residence is a very short walk to Lift #4, the Gondola, Heritage Square, restaurants, shopping and the ski school. The main level of the 2 story condo has a living room with gas fireplace, cable TV, WiFi, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, and a laundry room. Situated in the quiet West side of town, this private ground floor end unit has free 1st come/1st serve parking on-site (I have never had a guest tell me that parking was a problem) and is only a 2 minute walk to chairlift 7. Telluride's historic Main Street business core is a 3 block walk or ride the free town bus which runs every 10 minutes. (Telluride business license #017564) Pets are not allowed. Under Airbnb guidelines the no pet policy includes registered emotional support animals.

In Town Studio - Quality, Comfort and Value!

Situated in the northwest (sunny side) of Telluride, this studio has all the comfort you need in a great location! Park your car and don't drive again until you check out. Steps to everything. Please read the reviews for the inside scoop of what it's like to stay in our comfy, cozy studio. The studio does not have a conventional kitchen. There is a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, electric skillet, blender, coffee maker, etc. Please see photos for what is provided.

Our south facing, cozy, private hotel room sits at the base of Chair 7, gets ample sunshine and is ski-in/ ski-out. It lies in the heart of town and is within walking distance to Telluride Town Park and Main Street where you will find local bars, shopping and restaurants. This warm, small suite includes a kitchenette and shared hot tub (closed until Oct. 30) situated on the San Miguel River where you can enjoy the Colorado night sky or serenades of the stream. This BRAND NEW, modern yet cozy top floor apartment in the heart of Ridgway's Historic District occupies the second floor of a two story building. The apartment is ideal for a couple with 2 children- bathroom includes a tub and shower. The master bedroom has a brand new King Size Remote Controlled Adjustable Bed. The second bedroom contains a trundle bed in which the two beds can be separated or pushed together for one big bed. Please see photos of second bedoom.

The Sutton Suite is just what you've been looking for during your stay in Ouray. This cozy suite is located in The Emilia Guesthouse on Main Street, just blocks from trailheads, shops, restaurants and breweries. Only a 3/4 mile walk or drive to the renowned Ouray Hot Springs Pool. Your host, Jen, is knowledgable about the area and can give you all the pointers you need to live like a local during your stay in Ouray.
