The apartment A three bedroom apartment, with kitchen, shower and toilet on the first floor of a beautiful urban villa, a national monument in the heart of the medieval city of Maastricht. In the kitchen there will be food to provide for your own breakfast for the first morning. Location The villa is just a few steps from the characteristic square, the Vrijthof, with the two churches Saint Servatius and St. John, the theater and the museum at the Vrijthof and the many terraces. In walking distance you will find downtown with great restaurants, bars, terraces and nice shops. You won't notice the vibrancy of downtown in this villa. It is very quiet and you will probably only hear the sound of Servaas church. There is a big parking around the corner at a 25 meter walk. Maison familiale spacieuse avec un grand jardin et une piscine à l'abris des regards. Au rez : cuisine équipée et salle à manger avec vue sur le jardin, grand salon, Wc indépendant, buanderie, Au 1er : 1 salle de bains avec baignoire et douche, 3 chambres Présence d'un chat dans la maison. Prachtig, midden in de natuur gelegen, energieneutraal, vijfsterren vakantiehuis, in een oase van rust en stilte. Ideaal voor natuurliefhebbers, fietsers, wandelaars of ruiters (overnachting voor paarden mogelijk in de weide en paardenstalling aanwezig in de hectaregrote tuin). Temidden de Haspengouwse fruitgaarden en vlakbij natuurgebieden, wandel- en fietsroutes.
